Logistics & Consent of Terms & Conditions

1. Selection Process: Submission of this form expresses interest but does not guarantee a spot in the exhibition. Final participation is determined after an in-person meeting with the organizing committee.

2. Meeting Requirement: Applicants must be available for a brief 15-minute portfolio review/meeting between April 1 and May 9.

3. Concept Alignment: We reserve the right to select works that best fit the "Community Kaleidoscope" theme of diversity and unity.
